Downtown Bend Business Boom | Central Oregon Economy Continues To Improve

Downtown Bend Reports High Occupancy Rates

The Downtown Bend Business Association reports it’s highest occupancy rate in 5 years for the first quarter of 2014. According to their report, the Bend Downtown district has a occupancy rate of 96% for restaurants and retail operations.

“Working with potential buyers can be difficult at times, but when you have 2 couples, 4 individuals, with strong opinions or ideas, it can be even more challenging. Kyle Hoak was up for the challenge. After years of talking about it, we finally decided to purchase a vacation home in Sunriver with my inlaws.
