SROA Announces Minor Changes To “IRAP” & “Homeowner ID Cards”

Facing Northwest, overlooking Sunriver Meadow, Sunriver, Big Deschutes River, Golf Course & Mt Bachelor

In a newsletter to all Sunriver Owners, the Sunriver Owners Association announced coming changes to certain parts of their recreation program… More specifically aspects of the “IRAP” and Owner ID Cards will be changing. The IRAP or Independent Rental Access Program will become the “Recreation Plus Program” but no price changes will occur, 2014 “IRAP” prices will remain in affect. The Sunriver Recreation Plus Program is exclusive to owners and is the only unlimited recreation access program for vacation rental guests offered in Sunriver. Click Here For Recreation Plus Program/IRAP pricing and more info… The “Member Preference Program” replaces the “SROA Member” or “Homeowner ID cards.” Other changes include added benefits for card holders, including SHARC express admission, exclusive North Pool access and new SROA boat launch access. Pricing for the new “Member Preference Program” will remain the same as the old homeowner ID cards, $50 per owner.
