“Working with potential buyers can be difficult at times, but when you have 2 couples, 4 individuals, with strong opinions or ideas, it can be even more challenging. Kyle Hoak was up for the challenge. After years of talking about it, we finally decided to purchase a vacation home in Sunriver with my inlaws. While my husband and I were up at the mountain skiing, my inlaws walked into Bekrshire Hathaway on a whim and met Kyle. They spent the morning discussing our situation, and gathering information re: prices and availability in the area. The following day, buried in 2 feet of snow, we all (7 of us total) ventured out to tour a number of houses.
