Sunriver Statistics…

Within Sunriver Resort there are approximately 4,700 residences. Out of that 4,700 are approximately 1,500 Sunriver full time residents. Most of the non full time homeowners are from California, Oregon, and Washington with Oregon having the highest concentration. According to the Sunriver Chamberthe average age of residents in Sunriver is 66 for men and 64 for women. The average price of a home in Sunriver in the fall of 2009 was 458,000 also according to the Sunriver Chamber’s Website. Sunriver property taxes are based off of assessed value… IE the county assessor’s office. This information was obtained from The Sunriver Chamber of Commerce on June 17th, 2010.

“Working with potential buyers can be difficult at times, but when you have 2 couples, 4 individuals, with strong opinions or ideas, it can be even more challenging. Kyle Hoak was up for the challenge. After years of talking about it, we finally decided to purchase a vacation home in Sunriver with my inlaws.
