LaPine Receives US Senate “OK” For Land Transfer Bill

950 acres of BLM land will be transferred to Lapine OR, located in Deschutes County. The transfer land is slated to be used for the addition of a rodeo complex along with the addition of a sewer treatment facility. “Working with potential buyers can be difficult at times, but when you have 2 couples, 4 individuals, with strong opinions or ideas, it can be even more challenging. Kyle Hoak was up for the challenge. After years of talking about it, we finally decided to purchase a vacation home in Sunriver with my inlaws.
